* We kindly ask to Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid us running late.
* If it is your first time at the salon, we ask you arrive 5 mins prior to fill out our client information card.
* When bookings of an hour or more is made, we ask that you please secure the booking with a credit card .
* To avoid a 50% Cancellation Fee-We kindly ask you pls give us a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling a treatment booking of an hour or more.
*Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiration from the date of purchase.
Promotional Specials & Deals Vouchers only have a 3 or 6 month expiration date from date of purchase.
*1 or 2 hour On street Parking is available on Crown St and surrounding streets near the salon.
* Unfortunately we do not have a receptionist at the salon, so if you happen to call and no one is available to answer- PLEASE DO LEAVE A MESSAGE & WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS WE ARE AVAILABLE . Thank you kindly for your understanding in this.
