At Aleisha Jane Beauty, we take our clients and our staff’s time very seriously. We want to ensure each client has the dedicated amount of time and attention they deserve to achieve the perfect services.
With that in mind, we have a few policies all must abide by to ensure we can deliver world class service.
We kindly ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid us running late and not being able to serve you or our following clients with the time you deserve.
If it is your first time at the salon, we ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our client information card so we can serve you best.
Due to repeated cancellations after this most recent covid lockdown we unfortunately had to introduce a 50 % appointment security fee when all bookings are made. via our online booking page.
Kindly pls note -Your appointment is not confirmed until the holding deposit is made .
If you are on a prepaid package already at the salon – we will refund you the deposit when you arrive for your appointment on the day.
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment otherwise we retain your 50% deposit you made upon making the booking.

Gift Vouchers have a 12-month expiration from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Promotional Specials & Deals Vouchers only have a 3- or 6-month expiration date from date of purchase.
1 or 2 hour on street parking is available on Crown St and surrounding streets near the salon.
As we are a small boutique salon , unfortunately we do not have a receptionist at the salon, so we cant always get to the phone . If you happen to call and no one is available to answer- PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE & WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS WE ARE FIRST AVAILABLE
